Pineapple Burger

Take your burger up a notch with these fresh and delicious flavor combinations. Your family will love this mouthwatering burger, and it's easy to customize too!

Ingredients
ground beef
1 pound Organic Prairie 100% Grass-Fed Ground Beef
jalapeno
1 canned chipotle in adobo sauce
jalapeno
4 slices Organic Valley American Cheese
2 tablespoons Organic Valley Ghee
hamburger buns
4 sesame seed buns
hamburger buns
lettuce
1 head lettuce, shredded
lettuce
avocado
1 avocado, sliced
avocado
1 12-ounce can diced pineapples

Directions

Preheat skillet on medium heat. Shape Organic Valley 100% Grass-Fed Ground Beef into 4 patties depending on size preference. Add patties to skillet and cook undisturbed for 5 minutes.
Meanwhile, mix the chipotle with mayonnaise and set aside to allow the flavors to meld.
Flip the patties and cook for an additional 4 minutes. Add the cheese on top of each patty and add 2 tablespoons of water into skillet. Cover and cook for 1 minute. Remove patties from pan and let rest for 5 minutes.
Add Organic Valley Ghee to the pan and let melt on medium heat. Place buns in pan cut side down. Let cook for 1 minute or until golden brown.
Assemble the burger. Place lettuce on the bun, followed by burger, avocado, pineapples and a drizzle of the chipotle mayonnaise. Enjoy!
