Grilled Cheese with Smoky Cheddar

Try this classic grilled cheese with a smoky kiss to bring something unique to the table. The Smoky Cheddar provides the right amount of smoke without overpowering or getting lost in the glorious cheddar cheese melt. Tomato soup never had it so good.

Ingredients
Sliced Bread
8 slices sandwich bread
Sliced Bread
4-6 tablespoons Organic Valley Unsalted Butter or Organic Valley Ghee
8 slices Organic Valley Smoky Cheddar
4 slices Organic Valley American Cheese (white or yellow)

Directions

Heat skillet over medium-low heat or set griddle to 300 F.
Butter both sides of each slice of bread.
Sandwich assembly: 1 slice of bread, 1 slice of Organic Valley Smoky Cheddar, 1 slice of Organic Valley American Cheese then 1 slice of Organic Valley Smoky Cheddar, 1 slice of bread.
In skillet (or on griddle), place sandwiches and heat for 3-5 minutes then flip and heat other side for 3-5 minutes or until bread is golden or cheese is melted. Tip: Be sure to check every 30 seconds to ensure no burning is occurring. If cheese hasn’t started to melt, cover after flipping.
Remove from skillet, cut in half and enjoy!
