Creamy Raspberry Popsicle

Stay cool this summer with these easy, refreshing and no-added sugar Creamy Raspberry Popsicles. These homemade popsicles are made with just a few simple ingredients—guaranteed you won’t miss the extra sugar!

Ingredients
Fresh Raspberries
2 cups raspberries
Fresh Raspberries
banana
½ banana
banana
½ cup Organic Valley Heavy Whipping Cream
½ cup Organic Valley Whole Milk
honey
2 tablespoons honey

A small bottle of vanilla extract.
1 teaspoon vanilla
A small bottle of vanilla extract.
2-3 teaspoons beetroot powder for darker coloring (optional)

Directions

Blend all ingredients on high for 20-30 seconds. If you are using frozen berries, your mixture will be of a thicker consistency.
Strain out seeds if you prefer a more smooth popsicle.
Pour mixture into molds and freeze overnight. *Note: This recipe is developed based on a 3.3-ounce popsicle mold. Quantity may vary based on the size of molds used.
