Creamy Mayo-Free Broccoli Salad

Ingredients
1 medium head broccoli, cut into bite-size florets (about 5 ½ cups)
Yellow Onions
¼ cup finely diced onions
raisins
⅓ cup organic raisins
sunflower seeds
¼ cup sunflower seeds, preferably dry roasted or salted
Mayonnaise
¾ cup yogurt
Apple Cider Vinegar
3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
A head of garlic with a clove on the side.
½ teaspoon garlic powder
Coarse Sea Salt
½ teaspoon salt
pinch of black pepper

Place broccoli florets, onions and raisins in a large bowl.
Whisk together yogurt, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Taste and adjust seasonings.
Pour dressing over salad and toss well to coat.
Stir in bacon, cheddar cheese (optional) and sunflower seeds just before serving.
