Cheesy Chicken Bake with Italian Herb Mozzarella

The Italian Herb Mozzarella brings all of the Italian flavor without having to worry about measuring herbs and spices or overdoing it on the garlic! Plus, only one dish to clean afterward. Ingredients
4 Organic Prairie Chicken Breasts
A small bowl of salt.
Salt and pepper
A small bowl of salt.
Sauce
1 (24-ounce) jar red or alfredo pasta sauce
Sauce
1 (12-ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained (optional)
1 (6-ounce) package Organic Valley Italian Herb Mozzarella Shreds
Rice or pasta (optional)

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 F.
Season both sides of each chicken breast with salt and pepper to taste.
In a 9-by-13-inch baking dish, pour in pasta sauce.
Nestle chicken breasts into the sauce. Chicken will be only partially covered by the sauce.
If using, place artichoke hearts around chicken.
Bake uncovered for 35-40 minutes until internal temperature of thickest part of chicken reaches at least 165 F.
Remove baking dish from oven and sprinkle each chicken breast with a quarter of the Italian Herb Mozzarella. Place back into oven for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted. Let chicken cool for 5 minutes before serving.
For a heartier meal, serve over rice or pasta.
