Cheese & Pesto Flatbread

1 pound fresh pizza dough

⅓ cup pasta or pizza sauce

Black Olives
⅓ cup sliced pitted kalamata olives
Black Olives
1-½ cups Organic Valley Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
Basil Pesto
2 tablespoons basil pesto
Basil Pesto
Crushed Red Pepper
½ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
Crushed Red Pepper

Directions

Heat oven to 400 F.
On a floured surface, roll out pizza dough to a large oval about 12 inches long and 6 inches wide; place on a cookie sheet.
Spread pasta or pizza sauce evenly over dough; top with olives and cheese. Use a teaspoon to drop dots of basil pesto over pizza. Sprinkle with pepper flakes if desired.
Bake 12 to 14 minutes or until crust is golden brown and cheese is melted. Cut into squares; serve immediately.
