3-Ingredient Peanut Butter Smoothie

This 3-ingredient peanut butter banana smoothie is the easiest, quickest way to a protein-filled breakfast or snack that will keep you full and satisfied for hours. Frozen banana slices make this smoothie extra-creamy. Want to adjust the sweetness of this smoothie without sweeteners? Use a riper banana for a sweeter smoothie or a less-ripe banana for one that’s less sweet.

Ingredients
banana
2 cups frozen banana slices (around 2 bananas)

Peanut Butter
2 tablespoons peanut butter (chunky or creamy)
Peanut Butter
2 cups Organic Valley Whole Milk
A small bunch of spinach.
Optional add ins: ⅓ cup frozen (or 1 cup fresh) spinach, 1 Tbsp. cacao nibs
A small bunch of spinach.

Directions

Blend the banana, peanut butter and milk until smooth. Divide into glasses (6 to 8 ounce serving for kids, 8 to 12 ounces for adults) and enjoy. Makes about 4 cups.
If desired, add fresh or frozen spinach for a veggie boost or mini cacao nibs for a little extra sweetness and slight crunch.
