Why does Organic Valley have Thick Cut Shredded Cheese and Finely Shredded Cheese?

Thick Cut shredded cheese performs better in a majority of shredded cheese applications. It provides a better melt, a better gooey texture, and a yummier cheesy flavor in every bite. You'll find it greatly improves your hot, cheesy dishes from nachos and enchiladas to pizzas and lasagnas and all kinds of casseroles. We do also offer our 3 Cheese Mexican and Mozzarella as Finely Shredded as there are certain applications, typically where the cheese is added post-cooking or post-prep such as tacos, pastas and salads.

What kinds of pasteurized cheese does Organic Valley produce?
