Although our Parmesan cheese uses only high-quality ingredients, starting with organic milk from our pasture-raised cows, it’s the aging process that allows us to bring out this classic cheese’s complex flavors. Like all Organic Valley cheeses, our vegetarian-friendly Parmesan is made without synthetic pesticides, hormones, antibiotics, or GMOs.

Thick Cut shredded cheese performs better in a majority of shredded cheese applications. It provides a better melt, a better gooey texture, and a yummier cheesy flavor in every bite. You'll find it greatly improves your hot, cheesy dishes from nachos and enchiladas to pizzas and lasagnas and all kinds of casseroles. We do also offer our 3 Cheese Mexican and Mozzarella as Finely Shredded as there are certain applications, typically where the cheese is added post-cooking or post-prep such as tacos, pastas and salads.
