Our Parmesan cheese begins with pasture-raised milk. We use vegetarian rennet to develop our curds, and after we’ve made the cheese, we age it for at least 300 days. Finally, we shred or grate our Parmesan so it’s ready for your table.

Although our Parmesan cheese uses only high-quality ingredients, starting with organic milk from our pasture-raised cows, it’s the aging process that allows us to bring out this classic cheese’s complex flavors. Like all Organic Valley cheeses, our vegetarian-friendly Parmesan is made without synthetic pesticides, hormones, antibiotics, or GMOs.
